Our culturally and age appropriate mentoring programs promote positive outcomes by providing opportunities and experiences, fostering positive relationships, and giving support that is needed to prevent risky behaviors and develop young people’s assets.
Our programs are gender and mentor focused and include a variety of research based, age, and gender appropriate activities. They are incorporated into a comprehensive life skills development curriculum implemented through a workshop, seminar and camp methodology held at schools, after-school, during summer, spring breaks and at regularly scheduled events including youth summits and camps. All programs are conducted and taught by motivated, talented and credentialed professionals in fun-filled, nurturing and safe environments.
Our mentoring partners include corporate and community leaders, peer leaders and parents, performing, visual and literary artists, athletes, authors, coaches and educators. These caring and concerned stakeholders impart time, talent, wisdom and monetary gifts to help provide youth with strategies that empower them to know how to think critically and make wise choices in life. Ultimately, they learn to make the most of life's challenges and opportunities. We provide forums to expose and benefit girls and young women to the importance of:
Our programs are designed to:
We stress the importance of academic excellence, physical fitness, sports, health, mental and physical well-being, and social grace. As well as creative self-expression. We give youth positive experiences, valuable knowledge, and access to information from which to make the right choices in life. Included in our goals of mentoring are that our youth possess essential qualities that promote social values such as kindness, helpfulness, personal, community and civic responsibility, and respect for self and others.
Etiquette classes help our youth to know how to treat others respectfully and appropriately in any content. By knowing how to read social cues and communicating effectively, others are put at ease, meaningful relationships are fostered, and comfortable and relaxed atmospheres are created wherever they go.
GADA highlights awareness, prevention and eradication of domestic violence through education. Girls and young women are taught that it is never ok to be abused. Through learning about healthy relationships and having healthy self-esteem, they are better able to understand domestic abuse, advocate against such abuses, and to advocate for themselves and others. They learn to recognize the warning signs of abuse, and to never let abuse silence them. And, most important, when and where to seek help.
Physical activity and fitness promotes good health. Nutrition is a critical part of health and well-being of growth and development that creates the foundation for total health, productivity and a quality of life.

To increase the presence of girls and women in STEM fields we must eliminate the stereotype that girls are incapable, unqualified and or disinterested in STEM. The STEM Initiative (TSI) fosters inclusivity by increasing the interest and accessibility of STEM programs for students from lower income families and underserved communities to close the achievement gap in the STEM fields for girls. We sponsor in-school and after school sessions to foster proactive and successful relationships for girls
